ISTH Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee fosters diverse voices and shared progress

The ISTH Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee sets the Society’s long-term proactive strategy for fostering diversity, equity and inclusion within the Society. The DEI Committee’s overarching goal is to create an inclusive culture that actively promotes diverse and inclusive representation within all societal activities and works to actively identify and eliminate inequalities within the ISTH (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age and socioeconomic status).

As part of these efforts, the ISTH is conducting a new survey to gather insights from medical professionals on their experiences and opinions regarding individuals reentering the workforce after family leave.

The survey results will help inform the development of support strategies. Learn more and participate in the survey.
